Birth Sessions vs. Fresh 48 Sessions
What are the session differences?
A Birth Session is the hours of documentation of labor and delivery and a short period of time immediately following birth, focusing on the story of how you brought your little one earthside, as well as reactions to baby, how the cord is cut, all the emotions involved, etc. A birth session captures the story of your strength and all the sacred moments as you trust your body to bring your baby into your arms.
A Fresh 48 Session is done within 24-48 hours after birth at the place of birth (hospital, birthing center or home) and focuses on the unfiltered bonding moments between baby and family, as well as the fresh tiny details of baby such as nose and toes! These are the freshest pictures of your baby that you can get aside from birth photography.
A Newborn Session is done in your home or in my studio within 10 days of your little one's birth. This session has an opportunity for more varability in images & is great for including siblings or furry members of the family. The cost for this session is $420.
A Postpartum session is done in your home & captures the real life & raw of postpartum life. These images will be documentary style & capture life how it truly is in that first week after birth. I find so much beauty in capturing life in its authentic moments.
